    Hi Cindy! I think the flower is a dandelion!!! You left a question on my blog. The beauty of weaving wire is that you work it while you’re weaving, so there is no need to hammer it at all!The silver bracelet is quite sturdy, when you weave it comes out straight, and by the time you’ve shaped it, it’s quite hard. The copper one is even harder. I used craft wire, maybe other wires would need to be hammered… I did however flatten the weave with those pliers with the nylon jaws… as per the book! HTH :)
