Sometimes legitimate email messages get tagged as junk or spam because of
"overly-aggressive" filters that your internet service provider may have in
place.
If this is happening to
the messages being sent from me, then you will have to "white-list"
my domain <beadsandbeading.com> and/or my email address
<cindylietz [at] beadsandbeading.com>**
**In
this example the @ sign in the email address has been replaced with [at] so
that the pesky "spam-bots" can't harvest my address from this web page.
If you
have to search through your junk or spam folder to locate my messages, look
for a FROM line that begins with: "Cindy Lietz"
Listed below
are "white-list" (sometimes referred to as "friends-list" or
"buddy-list") instructions for some of the most popular
internet service providers. You can also try re-subscribing with a
completely different email address that gets checked regularly. Here's a
link to the Making Polymer Clay Beads
subscription page if you want to try
that option. And finally if all else fails,
send me a note and I will do my best to help you resolve the problem.

Others
Many e-mail programs, including
older versions of Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, and Netscape Mail, don't
provide an easy way for you to "white-list" who you want to receive e-mail
from. If you're using this sort of e-mail system and you either aren't
getting my emails or want to make sure you continue to receive them, you
can contact your internet service provider to solve the problem.
Contact the customer service
department or the Postmaster at the company that provides your email or
Internet connection (your ISP). Notify them that you would like to receive
my emails and ask if they can "white-list" me. Unfortunately, some e-mail
systems don't allow "white-listing."
If they do "white-list," they
may ask for some information about me. Here's what to tell them:
Sending Address: cindylietz [at] beadsandbeading.com
Domain: beadsandbeading.com.
