I like to use galvanized steel flashing, which is a common building supply material you can find at any hardware store. Super cheap&#8230; but it ends up looking a lot like Oxidized Silver when hammered. You can also use vent ducting, aluminum flashing, aluminum flashing and even tin cans depending on what your final use will be.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Tin snips, aka aviator snips. I will show three examples in the video.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Ball Peen Hammer or chasing hammer with ball head on one side.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Steel block for hammering on.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Regular household hammer and nail.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Block of wood that is at least 3\/4&#8243; thick.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Metal file.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Steel wool (optional).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Acrylic paint (optional).<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The full version of the Vid-023-3 <em>Hammered Metal Bezel <\/em>video will be posted in the Polymer Clay Members Library on Friday April 16, 2010.
