<\/span>Crystal’s comment above helps to show how exciting it can be to make you own jewelry designs. Once you start, you’ll have a hard time slowing down. <\/span>The project photo for today is of a beaded chandelier earring. Only one of the pair is shown in order to show you as much detail as possible.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

When originally attempting to make these earrings, I used a gauge of wire that was too heavy, and ended up with something much larger than expected. Perfect for a chandelier pendant<\/a> design. But too large for earrings. It was a really great learning experience!<\/span><\/p>\n

I discovered that just by changing the guage of the wire, the overall appearance and weight changed significantly, even though the size of the wire loops hadn’t changed much at all.<\/span><\/p>\n

What this all means is that you can create many different projects from just one wire working technique… simply by changing the size and\/or type of wire. You can also mix and match the various components and the bead styles, to make various bracelets, necklaces, pendants and earrings that all compliment each other very nicely.<\/span><\/p>\n
