It&#8217;s easy to make and is the starting point for other canes such as the<\/span><!--more--><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> checkerboard cane.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">When making the striped cane, it&#8217;s best to use the same brand of clay for the different color stripes in your cane. This is so that all of the clay will be of the same consistency and will therefore reduce evenly. It&#8217;s also important to condition each of the different colors to the same degree before you combine them together in your striped cane project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
