1B – Tuscan Sun With a beautiful water jug like this, visions of an Italian Villa in Tuscany come to mind. This pitcher is actually one of many in<\/span> a collection started over 22 years ago when Doug and I got married. He always said he wanted a women with jugs. So I guess his wish came true [ROTFLOL].<\/span><\/p>\n <\/a>OK so now that you have got up off the floor from laughing so hard at my questionable humor, you may recognize the piece of Tuscan pottery from another photo in a previous post. Just for fun, does anyone remember which post that was?<\/span><\/p>\n Why don’t we have a little contest. Go ahead and find the photo and then jot down the date of the article on a piece of paper. Then post a comment below, saying that you found it. BUT DON’T reveal the date. That would just give it away for everyone else.<\/span><\/p>\n Your comment on this page will serve as your official entry into the drawing. I found this cool little app for randomly selecting contest winners, that I’ve been itch’n to try out.<\/span><\/p>\n So let’s see… what could the prize be? How about this. I’ll give away the four color recipe cards from any B-Series Back Issue color palette that you may have missed out on. I get a lot of emails asking for these back issue recipes, so there’s likely at least a few of you who would appreciate winning.<\/span><\/p>\n By the way, the color recipes for each of the 4 colors in today’s Tuscan Pottery Color Palette, will be released during the month of July in Volume-014 [B-series]. Everyone who is subscribed to my Polymer Clay Guest List<\/a><\/span> will be able to download them for free:<\/span> <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n These warm yellow, red, plum rose and olive colors remind me of the Tuscan inspired kitchen designs that are so popular right now. As you can see, the names I’ve given to the colors all have a ‘taste of Italy’.<\/span><\/p>\n Tuscan Sun<\/em> is the main color of this jug. Roma Tomato<\/em> is on the handle and rim. The plum rose shade in the decorated trim, is Villa Rosa<\/em>. And Italian Olive<\/em> represents the darker stamped trim detail.
