How Firm Is It?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A long while back I talked about the reformulation of Premo Sculpey clay to remove the phthalates and make it a greener more earth friendly product. If you missed that article, here&#8217;s the link:<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.beadsandbeading.com\/blog\/phthalate-free-premo-polymer-clay\/86\/\">Phthalate-Free Premo Polymer Clay &#8211; A Blessing or a Curse<\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">At the time, I had bought up a whole bunch of old stock Premo Clay (the firm stuff), and only had a few blocks of the soft sticky new formula. More recently I&#8217;ve bought some of the new formula that is still soft but not quite as bad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">I have heard through the polymer clay grapevine (there is one of those you know), that Premo Sculpey has tweaked the formula further to make it firmer and more like the original. This would be great news for all of you who like to use Premo for your polymer clay canes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Have any of you out there bought Premo Sculpey clay quite recently? If so, how is it? Back to firm? I&#8217;ve been waiting for another sale at Michael&#8217;s before buying more and have been curious.
