In today’s video I was going to show you how to make the classic polymer clay flower cane called the Chrysanthemum Cane… but everyone makes that! So I decided to ‘kick it up a notch’ and update this flower cane with a color shifted teardrop blend, a metallic accent and some extra feathering, all while keeping things simple and relaxed!<\/span><\/p>\n

This is kind of a long video, but since I know that many of you are craving a new tutorial from me, I thought I could give a great little mini lesson that should keep those creative juices flowing for a bit until we can get ‘back to normal’… as if the word ‘normal’ could ever be applied to us ;)<\/span><\/p>\n

Any who… as you will see in today’s video, the cane is simple and relaxed (and at times even looks like a ‘hot mess’) but it magically pulls together into a wonderfully delicate and pretty flower cane that I am sure you will be as delighted by as I was when I cut into this cane for the first time.<\/span><\/p>\n

All you will need is some Premo Fuchsia, Orange, Cadmium Yellow, 18K Gold Premo Accents, a pasta machine or clay roller, an old gift card and a clay blade.<\/span><\/p>\n
