In this video I review the Glass Nail Files which the Mont Bleu company recently sent to me from the Czech Republic.<\/span><\/p>\n

I will also share with you a neat idea for using polymer clay to give your nail files a unique decorative look.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have seen glass fingernail files covered with polymer clay, and have always wanted to make some for myself. So when the opportunity came up to review these Mont Bleu Glass Nail Files, naturally I was interested.<\/span><\/p>\n

Well, the files they sent were stunning! Painted in a lovely blue to pink gradient with pretty swirls of Pink and Purple hand decorated genuine Swarovski Crystals. My plan was to originally add polymer clay to several of the sample files. But quite honestly, the Swarovski crystal embellishments were so pretty, I could only bring myself to covering just one of the files… using Polyform’s Sculpey Souffle polymer clay.<\/span><\/p>\n

Perhaps in the future Mont Bleu will send me some of their plain glass files, so I can do a more in depth step-by-step, polymer clay tutorial. I just don’t want to cover up any more of those beautiful Swarovski Crystals ;-)<\/span><\/p>\n
