A rich peaceful shade that is the exact purple-blue of<\/span><!--more--><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> the Iris flowers growing in my garden. I am delighted they chose this color. It is so versatile and flows wonderfully from season to season.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The experts at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pantone.com\/pages\/Pantone\/Pantone.aspx?pg=20540&amp;ca=10\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external external_icon\">Pantone<\/a> suggest pairing Blue Iris with deeper plums, red-browns, yellow-greens, grapes and grays. In fact it looks quite lovely with the Deep Plum Pearl <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beadsandbeading.com\/blog\/purple-beads-for-purple-pendants-and-jewelry-sculpey-color-mixing\/183\/\">polymer clay color recipe<\/a> that Kimberlee Johnson shared with us earlier this month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Since many fashion designers and home decor companies base their product lines on Pantone&#8217;s Color forecasts, you will be able to find lots of Blue Iris in today&#8217;s clothing and furniture lines.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">When making jewelry it is important to know the colors of up coming fashions so that you can create accessories that will co-ordinate well with the current trends.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">In order to help you include Blue Iris in your color palette, I have re-created this Pantone color in a simple Premo Polymer Clay Recipe.
