But for this month only (Vol-068), you will have to wait one more week for your fix. The current Volume 68 content will be published on the second Friday of January 2014&#8230; on the 10th.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Apologies to anyone who has been waiting on the edge for this one <em>(the topic was leaked on Facebook for those in the know ;-)<\/em>&#8230; but we <em>(the whole Lietz family)<\/em> have been working so hard over the holiday season, and decided to cut loose a bit to have some fun on New Years Eve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Actually, we can <em>(partially)<\/em> blame Ronald Trump for this delay. He&#8217;s the guy in the photo with the unmistakably distinct hair waft.<\/span><a name=\"lg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.beadsandbeading.com\/blog\/?p=18195#sm\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"margin: 0px; border: 0pt none;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.beadsandbeading.com\/images\/blog\/2014-01\/02-polymer-clay-tutor-new-years-eve-lg.jpg\" alt=\"Polymer Clay Tutor 2014 New Years Eve\" width=\"575\" height=\"323\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em><strong>Here&#8217;s the back story&#8230;<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">This year my brother and his wife went all out and decided to host one of those murder mystery role playing dinner events at their house for some New Years Eve Fun.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">They assigned a character to each of us. The theme was Sin City (Vegas) and the costumes were quite specific in their requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Doug was Ronald Trump. Hence the need for a comb over wig you see in the picture above&#8230; which I couldn&#8217;t resist making myself, with some separated twine, pantyhose and hot glue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">I was Hustling Hailey, a gold digger who married gambler Ace High for his money <em>(played by my Dad &#8211; not in photo)<\/em>, even though I&#8217;ve spent a lot of my time with Paul Piano the lounge singer <em>(played by my nephew &#8211; not in photo)<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Willow was Mimi Martini, a presumptuous cocktail waitress&#8230; and Fisher was an Elvis Impersonator&#8230; <em>of course! <\/em>I&#8217;m sure you can figure out who&#8217;s who with these two in the photo above. <em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><em>So&#8230;<\/em> needless to say, instead of working like we were supposed to, we started playing and couldn&#8217;t stop&#8230; staying up late with the glue gun instead of sitting in the studio and at the computer getting the Vol-068 videos and color recipes ready for you guys.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Again, sorry for this temporary delay. We promise to be on time from now on.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Happy New Year to you&#8230; and also to all of those who are important to you!! Thank you for being a part of our lives.
