Figures she would have her camera with her :-)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Today&#8217;s color palette was originally going to be called <em>Wood Bug<\/em> &#8230; because of the little guy just peeking out from under the title bar graphic in the picture. But since he is so hard to see, that name does not really work too well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">So I changed my mind and used <em>Peeled Bark<\/em> as the name for this upcoming Volume-039 [B-series] color palette. Everyone who is subscribed to my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.beadsandbeading.com\/\">Polymer Clay Guest List<\/a> will be able to download the recipes for free, one per week on Friday mornings during the month of August 2011.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>Sea Glass <\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(Recipe 039-1B)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>Moss Stone <\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(Recipe 039-2B)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>Peeled Bark <\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(Recipe 039-3B)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>Redwood <\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(Recipe 039-4B)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><em>Sea Glass<\/em> represents the green lichen on this tree branch&#8230; it&#8217;s the exact same color as some surf tumbled glass fragments that I&#8217;ve found while beachcombing along our beautiful west coast shores. <em>Moss Stone<\/em> is the Stone Gray color of the clean bark patches not yet covered by lichen. <em>Peeled Bark<\/em> is the soft Brown revealed in the underside of the peeling bark. And <em>Redwood<\/em> is the Rusty Red Brown of the branch where the bark has been worn away to bare wood.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The recipes described above are from the Volume-039 <strong>B-Series <\/strong>Palette.
