“I was wondering – do you supply gift certificates for your video tutorials?” ~Liz-D
With Christmas fast approaching, I am receiving a lot of emails asking how to give the gift of polymer clay… on video. What a concept! I am so flattered that you guys are wanting to pass along my tutorials as presents, to your friends and family. Thank you all, for asking about this.
The easiest way to make it work is for you to pre-pay for a few of the one-time-fee back issue packages that you want to gift (the procedure is a little different than how you would purchase back issues for yourself… more on that in a bit)… and then you would simply give your friend or family member a nice hand written card with some explanation as well as my contact information.
When they contact me, I will guide them through the process of choosing which back issue they would like… and then get them set up with a personal library account and password of their own.
If your friend chooses to become an ongoing subscriber just like you, it’s a very easy upgrade.
Doing it this way ensures that they would end up taking care of their own subscription payments, so that your bank or credit card is not the one getting charged for their auto debits. But please know, they are under no obligation to upgrade if they don’t want to.
I’ve even set up a 15% December Discount if you want to purchase 6 or more back issue packages in one transaction. That discount goes up to 25% if you buy 12 or more back issues at once.
And yes… the discounts even apply if you are giving the videos to yourself. But you must be a subscriber member in good standing at the Polymer Clay Library, to receive the discounts.
Another idea you may want to consider is to gift the 39 part, $37 Polymer Clay Beginners Course. Here’s what others are saying about this course: Polymer Clay Course Feedback
If you are interested in proceeding with any of the gift certificate options presented above, then please send an email and I will provide you with further instructions.
Or if you require additional information and want to post questions in the comments section below… that’s fine too.
Happy Holidays Everyone!
I was given the weekly video subscription as a birthday present and it was one of the best presents I have ever been given! The techniques and explanations that you give are simply wonderful and I look forward to Fridays more than I can say. I hope to receive some more of the back issues as future gifts too!
What a fantastic offer! Thank you Cindy!
You know when I can get back into my craft room what I will be doing!
@Susan – Yes the gift certificates work for birthday presents too :-)
@Aims – Christmas has come early for you. Your library account was just topped up with 6 new back issue packages (24 videos and 24 A-Series color recipe cards). Ho, ho, ho.
Thanks Cindy! I might not get to open them until the new year – but I sure look forward to my present whenever I can get to it!

I would like to buy Vol. 2,3,4,5,6,8,14 with your December discount. Could you please tell me the total cost for these 7 back issues?
I’ve been so busy downloading your how-to videos then jumping back to my workdesk to try them, them jumping into the kitchen to cook dinner (notice the priority listing!), that I’ve no time for much else. Haven’t cleaned the house since I joined. This is just so much fun I can’t stop and it’s a great creative outlet for me! Thanks so much.
Hi Kristi,
LOL >> “Haven’t cleaned the house since i joined” … I love it :-) :-)
The total cost for those 7 back issues you selected would be:
$59.20 (15% discounted price):
<< 7 x $9.95 = $69.65 x 85% = $59.20 >>
I sent you an email on how to complete the transaction through PayPal.
Hello Cindy,
I would love to purchase the Beginner Course, plus any of the weekly videos I do not yet have access to. I believe I joined with Video-011-1. I am hoping this will qualify me for the 25% discount. If it does not, would you let me know, please?
I have been working with clay for a couple of years, so might not need the Beginner Course, but am sure I could pick up some info that would be great! Love your weekly videos! I have to admit, I sometimes stay up late on Thursdays, hoping you will post it in the wee hours of Friday morning!!
I assume you will bill Pay Pal, so I do not need to do anything. If not, please let me know! Thanks for all you do, and have a Merry and Blessed Christmas with your family!
Jonalee McLaughlin
Good to hear from you Jonalee,
Your purchase of the beginners course and the 10 back issues that you do not already own, does qualify you to receive the 25% discount :-) — I just sent you an email with details on how to complete the transaction. Merry Christmas to you too… and thank you for your kind words.
~Cindy
Hi Cindy,
I recently subscribed to your tutorials and I’ve been ordering the back issues of your videos (they’re great, I’m addicted!). I just realized I can get a 15% discount if I order 6 or more at a time and it so happens that there are 6 left that I haven’t ordered yet. I noticed the deadline for the discount is end of tomorrow. Would it be possible to set me up to order in time for the discount?
Best wishes for the New Year and I look forward to hearing from you!
Naum
Hi Naum – Sure that will be possible. You discovered the back issue sale announcement just in the nick of time. I just sent you an email with instructions on how to proceed. So glad to hear you are enjoying the videos. ~Cindy
I gave a membership to my oldest daughter, she loves it !
