Reflecting On Past Accomplishments As Well As On Things Still To Do:
Thanksgiving has already come and gone for us Canadians up here in the Great White North. But for all of my many, many American friends, Thanksgiving is happening today. I wish all of you and your families the very best.
No matter where you live, the Thanks giving season has always been a time to reflect on all that we have and have done in our lives. My Oct 13 Canadian Thanksgiving story is posted over at the following link if you would like to have a look: Thanksgiving Arts And Crafts Story

Of course there are a few important bead making things missing from the list… like learning How To Roll a Lentil Bead and also mastering the Polymer Clay Mokume Gane Technique [:-)
After going through this fun exercise, I feel very grateful for the things I have done so far. I also see some things I will have to work on, like being more charitable and adventurous.
Is there anything that stands out for you personally, in the above list? Let me know in the comments section below. Happy Thanksgiving!
I just realized I had “#92-Joined A Book Club” on the wrong side of the chart above. How silly of me. I was a member of the Crafter’s Bookclub for many years… before video on the Internet really got going.
This “100 things” list was a fun exercise and also very thought provoking. It made me realize how fortunate and lucky I have been in my life. Thank you for taking me to that moment of realization. Now to continue the hunt for that recipe.
Thank you for the beautiful comment Illaya! Sometimes it’s important to reflect on how lucky we are. Puts life back into perspective!
I have done 15 on your not done list!!! Too funny! and well I have not done some on your done list too!… Wierd to see someone you don’t know’s list and say…hey I have done that and that and THAT!!! Very cool idea! I should go and make my list now!!!
I know what you mean! When I saw this list I had done different things than Deirdre had done and thought it would be fun to list those things out, here at the blog! It would be fun to see your list Kam… like you said, its fun to see what other people have done!
Dear Cindy,
I’m an early riser…usually around 6 am. The vast majority of people I know are nite owls which presents me with a little problem. I’m out by 10 pm no matter what. I can always depend on you to be there on Friday morning with your excellent tutorials. You are there to keep me company until the rest of the world wakes up. Thank you so much, Cindy.
