How
do I become a member of the Polymer Clay Tutor Library?
How are
www.beadsandbeading.com and
www.beadvideos.com related?
-
They
are complimentary to each other and are both owned and operated by Cindy
Lietz, The Polymer Clay Tutor.
-
All of
the content published at
www.beadsandbeading.com is public whereas most of the content published
at www.beadvideos.com is protected
for paid members.
Can
I download videos to my hard drive from the Polymer Clay Tutor Library?
Can I get a refund on my membership to the Polymer Clay Tutor Library
Archives?
-
I have
kept the price of this membership very affordable. So the cost of
dealing with customer service refunds is just not feasible.
-
However, you can cancel your membership at anytime. There is a “self-serve”
link in your membership admin section that makes the cancellation process
easy and hassle-free.
-
In most
cases, you will be welcome to re-subscribe at a later time. But please note
that the system has no memory. This means that your future account status
will start at the month you re-join and will not include any videos/recipes
from your original account.
When I cancel my membership to the Polymer Clay Tutor Library, why
do I lose access to videos I have already paid for?
-
Since
there are bandwidth costs incurred every time you watch online videos, your
ongoing membership fees are structured to cover these costs.
-
If you
stopped paying but still wanted access to the archived videos, I would be
left having to cover the costs for your continued usage.
Do you have another online payment provider besides PayPal?
-
At this
time I don’t. But if you did not know, PayPal does allow you to use your
credit card directly without having a PayPal account already set up.
-
With
the purchase of stand alone courses, I do accept money orders or certified
checks. The processing time just takes a lot longer.
Contact me for specific instructions.
I’m having problems viewing the videos. What can I do?
When I purchase full courses, how long do I have access to them?
