I love the pics of the kids dressed up as Scientists I went on this website because next Monday I have to dress up as a scientist because our student teacher "Ben Trevorrow" is leaving next week and my teacher wanted to throw a party for him!!!!!!!!!

Sorry Susan, I was not able to get a pictyre of the Killer Bee costume before my daughter buzzed out the door. And I wasn't able to convince her to dress up again for a photo opp. The costume did turn out very cute though. Thanks for asking!

Oh, how envious I am. I have tossed out or donated so many wonderful costume worthy outfits. My hubby and I lived in a small apartment for years, and gradually our moms both said our junk had to go (who can blame them). My hubby still has his "nerd" costume that we made several years ago and I always do something kooky for the holiday, but I am so kooky everyday, that people don't know if I'm dressed up or not. The mad scientist is awesome! Will we be seeing a shot of the Killer Bee?

We refer to our dress-up trunk as the 'Tickle Trunk' named after the Canadian Kids show, Mr. Dress Up, who had a 'tickle trunk' full of costumes!

Love that little mad scientist. I agree with you 100%…homemade costumes are SO much fun! (Not that I have anything against people who buy them "off the rack"…it just doesn't appeal to me) What a fun thing to have started a trunk full of costume treasures! I'll bet your kids have a ball dressing up!
