I want to thank you for the videos. You asked me how I found you and to tell you honestly, I'm not quite sure. I did a Google search on "how to make polymer clay beads" and naturally came up with zillions. Now I either found you thru one of the links or I found your name at one of the sites I visited. Those are the only 2 ways I could have found you.
I'm glad I did though as I have been playing around with polymer for a little over a year and have actually

complex cane. I like cane work because you can use just about all techniques to make cane. Most people want to learn all they can about polymer clay.
Thank you jojo for your response! There have been several other's looking to buy courses on polymer clay cane design too. I am working on it. Any particular style of cane designs you are looking for? Flower canes, geometric canes, kaleidescope canes, extruder canes, face canes, etc.?

OK..now I know this is really out there…espically for a newbie…but I've always wanted to have a cane of a cocker spaniel…or any dog for that matter!! I would like to sell these and give the proceeds to our local animal shelter and Cocker Rescue.
That is a fantastic dream Pepper! Just keep learning how to work with polymer clay like you are. Buy and use the courses on caning when they come out. And before you know it, you will be designing beautiful cocker spaniel polymer clay canes!

Eileen, I am currently working on some new cane courses. I won't be doing kaleidescope canes in the first set but will be including them as soon as I can. They are really cool aren't they!

I looked over my new video subscription today, and it's awesome!! Know that I will have to return again (mannnyyyy times)!!!!
In the meantime, I noticed that you also had a video newsletter (with 3 different instructions on it — one of them was the Lentil Beads from scrap clay). How can I view all three (3) of these?
You've definitely given me the initiative, and I loved your method of teaching — just matter of fact, and unlike most with an attitude (You are learning from a Rocket Scientist!!) Ha! Ha! Thanks again, and I'll be back to look over the tutorials I purchased today.
Would have come sooner, but I'm computer illiterate. Ahem! (it could be that I'm 64 and these things just don't come to easily). Obviously I did something right though, because I was able to access the entire program I purchased. It had to have been my prayers to Jesus, because it was really getting to me.

Have to tell you, I was up late putting my clays together, and willlll attempt working with the clay. I do alot of reading on clay, in fact, everything that I can get my hands on. However, the more I thought about it, the hints you shared with me were amazing. They were also things which nobody has ever mentioned. The one on not baking the clay on metal, I learned that one the hard way. This turned into Raku. Ha! Ha! Your options on how to handle this were received with anxiety. Even though the Raku was disposed of, and my apt. was filled with gatric fumes. It was absolutely awful!!!!
In any event, your teaching is extraordinary, and your business ethics are also admirable.
I would love to have you issue a book (into an e-book though) on the information you released. Although, it would have to have pictures, because some of us are better with pictures. The written data would further reinforce our ability to crasp the info. I don't go with e-books anymore, because the expense for the ink for my computer is out of control. I believe that alot of us fall under this category.

This is one of the most common questions I receive. And you'll be happy to know that the answer is… you will have access to the course for as long as you need. There is no expiry date.
Cindy, I have a question. I am purchasing a checkered black and white fimo bead- racing. Can these beads be made??? approx. cost. They appear to be plastic to me and imported?? I sell racing jewelry and would like the checkered beads. Thanks, danita
Oh for sure Danita! You can definitely make your own checkered flag beads out of polymer clay. They are actually quite easy and you will be able to make a better quality bead than the ones you are buying imported because you'll have control over the finishing.
My Polymer Clay Bead Basics course has a video tutorial on how to make a checkerboard cane which is then sliced into beads of any size you want. Plus the rest of the course teaches you all you need to know about working with polymer clay like shaping beads, proper baking techniques and sanding and finishing techniques.
Cindy – I purchased and have been watching the course videos and learning a lot. I have ordered a pasta roller and when it arrives will purchase clay, rollers, etc. Do you have a website that you order bead racks, roller racks, etc. from.
Your videos are so informative and easy to learn from. I can't wait to get started.

Thanks for your feedback about the course. I'm so glad you have been learning a lot. Unfortunately I don't have a website where you can order polymer clay tools and equipment…. YET. I've been so busy getting my tutorial videos and blog set up that there has not been time for setting up supply store. But it is in my development plan.
However, there are some product reviews and recommendations scattered throughout this blog. The best way to find them is to type a keyword or two into the search box. You will find the search box at top left of every page at this blog site.
