I love this showcase idea. Maybe I'll contribute myself (I don't mean I'll email myself, that would be silly - I mean I'll email some of my work).

The pears look good Elizabeth, great job!

I'm amused by the word "pearlet", it reminds me of the way my other half uses "-let" for anything small. Catlet, ducklet, treelet, froglet, courgettelet (I guess that would be zucchinilet in the US).

Boy, what a girl can do with a little help from her friends. With all of your wonderful suggestions I ran up to my craft room and unstrung my original pearlet creation. I had tried to make this organic looking thingy by stringing them with some sort of ugly (but organic looking) wooden beads. In my head combining food with ugly (but organic looking) beads made perfect sense even with a hideous outcome. (See why I describe myself as jewelry design challenged?) Anyway, my little beads are all now part of a lovely set. The big one is alone on a piece of satin cord which I had in my craft stash, two are now earrings and one is dangling on a bracelet. Believe it or not I even had one more which I did not include in the photo for the suggested key chain. I love it!!! Thanks to all of you for taking the time to help me and for your kind words. Elizabeth

Elizabeth,
Those are fabulous. I think they would look great dangling from a charm-like bracelet. Perhaps with some complimentary beads dangling down with them.

Good for you dear.

Hey Elizabeth!
Love the pears and pearlets. I got a couple done, but haven't had the gumption to finish them yet--good for you!
I too am design challenged. Love making the beads, figuring out what to do with them, not so much. Anyway, keep reading, I bet ideas will be forthcoming. Congrats on a couple great pairs of pears!

I completely agree, they look GREAT! I like simple designs when it comes to jewelry, so I also would use the large one as a pendant. The earring idea Maureen mentioned would also be very cute! Great job Elizabeth, and thanks again Cindy for allowing us to share!!!
